Scarlet SRF Microneedling
Unlike traditional RF technologies, Scarlet SRF utilizes proprietary Short Pulse Radiofrequency (SRF) technology to deliver energy safely and effectively while minimizing unnecessary heat exposure to surrounding tissue.
The treatment features 25 non-insulated, 24-karat gold-plated microneedles that provide even energy distribution throughout the treatment area, helping to create consistent results while maintaining a strong safety profile for all skin types.
Treatment Process
Treatment begins with a comprehensive consultation and customized treatment plan. A topical numbing cream is applied prior to treatment for comfort.
During the procedure, the Scarlet SRF handpiece creates controlled microchannels while simultaneously delivering radiofrequency energy beneath the skin’s surface. Most patients experience mild redness and swelling for 24–72 hours, similar to a moderate sunburn.

Skin Types
Scarlet SRF is safe and effective for all skin types and skin tones, including Fitzpatrick Skin Types I–VI.
Lasting & Care
While many patients notice improvement after a single treatment, a series of 3–6 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart is typically recommended for optimal collagen stimulation and long-term rejuvenation. Results continue to improve for several months as new collagen and elastin are produced. Maintenance treatments may be recommended once or twice yearly.
To maximize your results:
- Keep the skin clean and hydrated.
- Avoid excessive heat, hot tubs, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours.
- Avoid direct sun exposure and wear broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher daily.
- Use only recommended post-treatment skincare products.
- Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids, and other active ingredients until advised.
