Future Bookings:

• In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a deposit may be required to secure any future appointments. This deposit will be applied to your upcoming service.

Emergency Consideration:

• We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a legitimate reason for a late cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
