Cancellation Policy

At Luxia we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy:


Notice Requirement:

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.


Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

  • If you fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed appointment’s total cost.


Future Bookings:

  • In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a deposit may be required to secure any future appointments. This deposit will be applied to your upcoming service.


Emergency Consideration:

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a legitimate reason for a late cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures fairness to all clients who may be waiting for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
